The event will be hosted by the U.S. Ambassador for Macallan, and will feature Macallan 18, Macallan 25, and the ultra rare Macallan 30! In addition guests will enjoy a special pairing menu created by executive chef Brad Weideman specifically for this event. The evening’s activities will include:
COCKTAIL RECEPTION:
Cheese Tart with marinated tomato / Macallan Specialty Cocktail
FIRST:
Scallop Sashimi, yuzu koshu dressing, citrus lace, micro cilantro & coriander blooms / Macallan 18yr
SECOND:
Grilled Short Rib Steak, twice baked asiago potato, asparagus, blistered baby onion, bone marrow “vinaigrette” / Macallan 25yr
THIRD:
Seared Duck Breast & foie gras, king oyster mushroom, fried onion, duck demi-glace / Macallan 30yr
Tickets are $600 per person and only 20 total will be sold.
